Product blending is an important optimization task that encountered in the operation and scheduling of industrial plants like petroleum refineries. The key objective to mix various intermediate products achieve desired properties quantities with minimum cost. There are uncertain parameters which make it very difficult attain optimum allocation available resources. Consequently, there a need develop computational techniques tackle issues. 
 In this research main propose approach solve product issue optimum
 way. problem can be formulated as where its maximize net profit while determining optimal streams produce production final products.
 proposed introduced for integrating short term planning blending. Two mathematical models have been proposed. first model deals results regarded guidelines. second model, will treat guidelines verify was applied different real time case studies form Midland Refineries Company, show efficiency flexibility studies. Also minimize lead from 72 24 hr according reduction re-blend process, addition cost depending on last study complicated one, were WIN QSB version 1.00 software utilized. gained after 0.031 CPU level 3.375 level.
